I was listened to and my request was actioned too. However, my telephone chat with a staff member was not actioned until I walked into the surgery to narrate my request again before it was actioned. I think communication between the supporting staff should be improved.

The care is always good. I am treated with respect and dignity and all staff are very helpful. I honestly can't think of anything that could be improved.
